Sunday, My husband and myself went to Lowes to get a rubber strip to go on the bottom of our French doors, what a pain that was. We took the door of the hindges and put the strip on, only to realize that now the door wont shut!!We took the door off again did a little modifications, put the door on again. IT STILL WONT SHUT!!!

Finally we called my father-in-law and he fixed it  Thank god, because we were working on it for about 3 hours. The door had expended a bit, because it has rained here alot the past few days.

My husband pulled up a few tiles on the floor and noticed that water had gotten under them, so we ended up taking out all of the tiles in the kitchen and dining room.

Ok, so we started everything at around 7pm on a sunday and i had to do childcare the next morning.We finally got done around 10:30. At this point i am sooooo tired. Now i have to get everything clean for childcare (what a mess). ALL DONE!!!!

I went to bed at around 12am., and i have to get up at around 5:30 with a 7 month old, two 2 year olds a 3 year old and a 5 year old get my son up and ready for school, take care of 2 bassette hounds and 1 beagal.( wow i am getting tired just writing this).

Anyhow, I survived Monday.

I love my job, my daycare children are part of my family.But there are those few days a year that i just wish that i didnt have to get up. Oh well.

By the way if there is anyone reading this, can you please send some sun to Central NY? It has been raining for days here.THANKS

When everything looks blue

And you don't know what to do

Look to the Lord

He'll give you a clue

Open your mind

Seek the Holy Father

And there you will find

The real meaning of living

The real meaning of love

Ask him to help you

He will send you a dove

A dove sent from Heaven

To show you the way

To help with your problems

On any given day

What happens will happen

Sometimes we don't know why

But God has his reasons

So please do not cry

No matter what your future holds

HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT

WEEK-END !!!

It is just past 9am., and the kids are having a very bad day

For some reason they just cant get along!!

I have been trying to get them interested in things to keep them happy, but it is not working. If one child has somthing, the other one wants it. I guess maybe i should get 4 of everything so they can all play with the same thing!!

I love my job as a ChildCare provider, but sometimes it gets to me.

I guess everyone has bad days.

Any ideas for stress relief?

Well here I am back again, I am sorry that I havent posted lately, just been very busy!!

Over this past week-end, I helped my mom get her computer going and hooked up to the internet.

This is her first time ever having a computer, and the computer is very old (95).

Because of the age of the computer everything takes soooo long, and it is hard to get some programs to work right on it.

That ok though, My mom is really having a good time with this new found friend of hers

Here is another one of my poem that I wrote. I hope you all enjoy it. Let me know what you think.

This is actually somthing I wrote for my oldest son who I love very much. He went through a very hard time, and did some things that should not been done. He is changing though, and I am very proud of him.

Change Your Ways

Every day I pray, For the lord to show you the way,

The way of honesty and truth,

There's so much more that you can do.

So change your ways,

I say,

Please change your ways.

Dont you know I care,

Cant you see i want so much more for you.

I brought you into this world, It took months to get you here.

It can be a wonderful place,

All you have to do is change your pace.

Open up your eyes,

theres not that much time.

There's already evil here,

But it dosent have to be like this.

You still have a chance to make a difference.

Straighten your life, help this be a better place.

Every day I pray, for the lord to show you the way,

Well it took 3 weeks, but I finally have my laptop back!!! I now can write back to all the people who posted me.

So any how has anyone gotten any rain latley? Here in NY it has been sooooo dry, my lawn looks like i am living in the Desert!!

We really need alot of rain, The weather is not good for gardens.About the only things we are getting here are cucumbers,corn, and green beans. I am sure the price of tomatoes are going to sky rocket

Last year all we had was rain, now we are getting none at all!! This sucks.

We put in a multi tier flower bed next to our house that is huge! I wonder how long it is gonna take to get it the way I want it? I want to plant mostly perenials that I dont have to dig up every year. Any ideas???

                                                    Tranquility

                                             As I sit in my house,

I look out the dining room window

I can see the children outside playing 

without a care in the world.

I see a light breeze rustling the 

 leaves of a tree ever so softly.

All is well and peaceful.

At this moment all my thoughts are pleasant.

Two birds fly by,

free to go where ever their wings take them.

Nature is so beautiful.

Blue sky with fluffy white clouds,

Green trees, some with colorful fruit.

Off in the distance I see flowers

in different sizes and colors,

I can almost smell their sweet scent.

The day is turning to evening,

the children are coming in.

Its time to end these words now,

let my night with them begin.

Eleven-Eleven is what time it will be,

When the angels are looking down at me.

One at each bed post keeping me safe,

While I am asleep unawear of this place.

I fell safe and secure all tucked in my bed,

Not a care do I have running around in my head.

The angels are there watching me sleep,

Keeping away evil, yet not making a peep.

One thing I can count on is that Gods always there,

He sends me his angels and keeps me from fear.

Quietly I sit and watch as the sun slowly desends beneath the shimmering water,

Well, i dont know about the rest of you, but i am feeling great today!!

I start a 4day week-end and we are gonna have alot of fun!

My husband is getting 50 doz. clams and everything else to make a great clam bake(including beer)

I cant wait!! Every year my town puts on a fireworks show (which is basically in my back yard) we go to my in-laws next door and have a get together to watch them.

Hope everyone has a great 4th of July week-end!!!

THEY WON FIRST PLACE !!!

Thats my son on first base getting the runner out!!!

what a good game!!!

I just wanted to add, that the temp.here in NY has been in the 90s for days now.

It is nice not to have rain everyday,but the heat is driving me nuts!!!

Today is Wendsday,half way through the work week.

Last nite my sons baseball team won their play-off game

Now they are gonna play the championship game on thursday.I hope they win.

They work so hard for this.

This morning a lady came from the daycare council to make sure everything is in order, and it was,i knew it would be!!

We had a couple of nice days here in New York, but today it looks like it is gonna be rainy again

I just hope that it is not going to be a summer like last year! I think we only had a total of 3 weeks of sunny days.

well thats all for now HAVE A GOOD DAY

I am sitting here so bored

The kids are taking a nap and i have nothing to do.

I want to go outside and work on the flower garden,But i cant with my daycare children here.I will just have to wait untill later.

They look so cute and peaceful, little angles

When they wake up we will go out and play, But for now i will just enjoy the quietness

My goodness is the weather here ever gonna get nice?

It has been stormy here for days

Before that we had a heat wave it was so hot and humid,I wish we could get a happy medium.
